Situated in the elegant and exclusive area of Primrose Hill in North London this family house of 5 levels is one of a kind.

refined and cosy four-bedroom property overlooking one of the most fascinating parks in London. The project involved the complete renovation of the building with the addition of a top floor extension.

The client’s brief has been quite clear and simple since day one:


“An interior that reflects the natural character of the hill and where you can escape the chaos of city life”


The design has been informed by the desire of the client of maximizing the visual connection with the natural surround. Every space has been tailor made to fit an elegant and dynamic lifestyle.

The exposed black wood ceiling joists and the dramatic lighting scheme generate a sophisticated interior. Being the client passionate about fashion and fabrics the selection of colours, textures and materials has been informed by the newest trend in fashion.

The floor finishes span from dark wood to rich terrazzo tiles and natural fibres inset carpets. On the walls there is a constant alternation and play of floral motives and fabric texture. A double height space has been created between to emphasize the open space design and the view of the hill.

At the first floor, hidden behind a secret door, the powder room introduces the guest to an unexpected world of colours, textures and materials. The mood board of the room brings into the interior the vegetation of the park, constantly recalling the exclusive location of the house. Through different materials, pattern and colours each room gets its own unique identity bringing to life a custom made and chic design. Function and lifestyle have been side to side at every stage of the project in order to enhance the client’s quality of life

”The family house of our dreams”. The brief of the client has been quite clear and simple since the beginning.

A complete remodelling, new extension and landscape design of a single house in a sough-after residential neighbourhood in North London. From planning stage to the last FF&E accessory, every space has been tailor made to fit a dynamic young family.

Function and lifestyle have been side to side at every stage. The idea was to keep the flow of the project going, designing each space as unique. Each member of the family had to be reflected trough colours, textures and materials.

The parents, the girl and the boy have been the key of the design, selection and specification process. Each one with his needs and taste, have made the project a journey trough products that could tell a story.

Framework Commercial

The elegantly designed rooms and common areas follow a very specific initial brief. The project brings to life the goal of a long established client: a fresh design alongside state of art comms infrastructure.

The creative process has been informed by a careful research and selection of the materials. The last trends in the fashion world have been of strong influence. Floral motives for the walls and fabric textures to the floors create cool and smart spaces. While black frames and vivid colours bring the work environment to life, the lighting scheme generate a functional and dramatic setting to fulfil client expectations.

Granny’s House

Versilia is synonymous of Italian summer lifestyle and Granny’s House is the typical seaside colonial villa of the area.

Within a beautiful park the architectural listed building was erected in the early 1700 and it is formed by a central part and two symmetrical pitched roof wings.

An accurate restoration has been planned through the study of every and each detail. Design and implementation were carried out on the basis of a comprehensive survey and archival research, improving the amenity of the property according to modern standards and lifestyle.

The study of the natural and artificial light is very similar to a stage design project as materials, textures and patterns act together like in dramatic “show”. Essential importance was set in the selection of materials and in the creation of details in order to reflect the refined lifestyle of Granny’s House.

The white external surfaces of Granny’s House create a strong contrast with the rich textures and patterns of the interior. Due to proximity of the famous Carrara marble quarries full size marble slabs has been introduced while self levelling compound has been used to complete the floor and create marble/tiles “rugs”.

The centrepiece of the historic interior is the original marble staircase whose handcrafted restoration was undertaken by a local marble workshop before being repositioned on site. A brand new floating marble staircase works as a continuation of the old one and creates a nearly seamless continuity between old and new.

Targato FI

Located in the hearth of Florence, Targato FI is at once a stage for the chef, an all-day restaurant, a cocktail bar and a lifestyle inspiration for customers.

The client is a very eclectic and creative individual, owner of the most successful live music bar in Florence and keen to repeat the same success into the food market.

The thrilling challenge has been the creation of a space with an international charm mixed to a strong Italian lifestyle.

The outcome is a refined industrial background for people and objects. The richness of the interior is achieved through a series of black wooden frames mutuated from London traditional shop windows, metal meshes, alternation of various flooring pattern, high level hanging vegetation, wall textures and the meticulous study of the light.

At the heart of the design are the open kitchen and the long concrete bar counter that create a direct relationship between the customer, the chef and the bar tender. Through an accurate and stylish design Targato FI generates the glamorous lifestyle that people want to be part of and want to come back to.
